Students cannot be refused to enter a program.<\/p>\n<p>3) Now, the government&#8217;s objectives\u00a0are to <strong>reduce the number of first-year drop-outs<\/strong>\u00a0 and <strong>slash the number of\u00a0students who do not graduate within four years<\/strong>.
